All Printmode products are 3D printed to order.

Processing and production time

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch. Personalised products may require additional preparation time depending on the order.

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping times

Standard shipping: approximately 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping: approximately 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to Australia Post or other delivery carrier delays, particularly during busy periods, weekends and public holidays.

Orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Printmode is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
